Customer Service Representative:
- Present a professional, helpful atmosphere and positive attitude for students, faculty, staff, visitors, and callers, and providing outstanding customer service to facilitate an excellent NBCC experience.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of NBCC; including, programs, admission requirements, services, policies and responding to inquiries on programs, fees, admission process, policies, and procedures.
- Respond to student inquiries in a professional and timely manner via email, phone and in person and escalating any issues or concerns.
- Offer information and investigating answers from various sources and/or materials.
Communications Specialist:
- Bring a fresh perspective and high-level writing expertise to the development of communications strategies and materials, collaborating closely with various departments and divisions within NBCC to translate complex information into engaging narratives that resonate with target audiences.
- Write and edit a wide range of communication materials, including but not limited to news releases, articles, blog posts, newsletters, speeches, letters, proposals, and reports as required.
- Demonstrate exceptional storytelling abilities to convey the impact of NBCC's programs, initiatives, and successes to diverse stakeholders, including students, staff, alumni, donors, partners, and the broader community.
Conduct thorough research and interviews to gather relevant information and insights, incorporating data and personal narratives to enhance the effectiveness of written content.
