- Develop the optimum course of troubleshooting and rectification process based on the nature of the fault and the maintenance history of the aircraft.
- Guide maintenance personnel through the troubleshooting and rectification process as required.
- Update MX Control, OPS Summary, and Spotlight as applicable.
- Provide summary and detailed "Out-of-Service" Reports as required.
- Liaise with ISE and the aircraft manufacture when required.
- Perform duties in accordance with established policies and procedures while giving primary consideration to personal safety, and the safety of co-workers and customers.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- AME license (ACA Holder) with 5 years experience.
- Specific type training on Dash 8 & CRJ series aircraft.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills required.
- Excellent organizational skills will be required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of FliteTrac, MX Control, RCMS and TRAX training.
- Must be Computer literate.
- Ability to work shifts and under tight time constraints.
