PAL Technical Services is currently seeking a Field Service Representative to join our team.
Location- Various (travel required).
Job Duties:
- In the role of FSR you will be company representative and point of contact for all aspects of PAL's outsourced or remote programs.
- Providing guidance and decision making for vendors as it relates to various programs, PAL's FSR will provide technical support and support the resolution of complex aircraft technical issues.
- Ensure all best practices and regulatory requirements are met for all PAL aircraft and or equipment.
- Serve as the liaison between PAL and its vendors and ensure clear communication and decision making as it pertains to PAL programs.
- Provide factual, concise, and relevant reports to stakeholders for PAL and its vendors.
- Support the maintenance of program budgets and timelines for all outsourced work.
Skill Requirements:
- AME License with minimum of 10 years experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to lead a team.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent people skills such as active listening and conflict management.
- Have strong project management skills.
