We are currently seeking a Boardroom Services Clerk to join our Office Services team based in the Firm's Halifax, NS office.
Type of Position: Full-Time, Contract (5 Months)
Close Date: Wednesday, May 8th, 2024
The Opportunity:
Essential to our delivery of excellent client service, our Boardroom Services Clerks are responsible for the day-to-day set up, cleanliness, and inventory of meeting rooms, kitchen areas and other office services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for daily cleaning, sanitizing and maintenance of supplies in kitchens and lunch room, regular cleaning and upkeep of appliances as well as coordinating maintenance as required. The Boardroom Services Clerk is also responsible for assisting in the preparation, supplying and cleaning of client and internal meeting rooms. This includes ordering, set up and removal of beverages and catering, tables and chairs, peripheral equipment, etc.
If you have experience in a service-oriented environment and have excellent organizational skills, we want to hear from you!
