The Vice-Provost Academic Administration office oversees UNB's academic planning and support, program quality assurance and accreditation, instructor contracts, and faculty labour relations.
The Academic Planning Office provides support to UNB faculties and senior management in the development of academic programming and quality assurance.

Salary Range: $48,436 - $62,964 per annum
YOUR FOCUS
Reporting to the Manager of Academic Planning, the Academic Project Specialist develops, implements, manages and tracks the specific institutional projects as initiated by the office of the Vice-Provost Academic Administration.
- Lead project initiatives and implement plans to meet project objectives.
- Coordinate, document, and participate in multiple committees and project related events.
- Prepare and assist in writing program and project proposals and descriptions.
- Produce a variety of complex documents, reports, proposals, and literature related to academic programs and projects for internal and external audiences.
- Conduct feasibility studies on new programming initiatives, including market research and analysis.
- Compile data from various sources on regional, national, and internal academic programming and employment trends.
- Liaise with faculties and departments to foster a collaborative and open program development process.
- Prepare presentations and present to internal and external stakeholders.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in higher education.
