OVERVIEW

McCain is embarking on a digital transformation. As part of this transformation, we are making significant investments into our data systems, structures and policies, and building digital products for our customers, key suppliers and McCain team members to enable digital processes and data-driven automation over time.

Our Technology team's goal is to inspire growth through innovative technology experiences. Our digital teams are key to deliver this ambition. McCain has established digital teams in Agriculture and Commercial and we are now looking forward to expanding our investments in Manufacturing embedded in our MDIxAI program.

PURPOSE

ROLE:

The primary responsibility of the Change Manager will be to implement change management strategies and plans that drive faster adoption, desired ways of working and proficiency with the changes that impact employees within the organization. On an ongoing basis, this role will also support project teams with integrating change management activities into their project plans.

This role supports Digital Manufacturing Transformation at McCain. The Change Manager will be brand ambassador for the program.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for helping people adopt to new ways of working through a digital transformation in manufacturing.

Key Accountabilities

• Apply change management processes and tools to execute strategies to support the adoption of changes required by a project or initiative

• Develop and maintain strong collaborative business relationships across global and regional functions in manufacturing and associated functions (safety, environment, maintenance, etc)

• Provide strategic coaching and direction to global, regional and plant teams

• Liaison with Global Communications team and MDI communications, change and learning leads to ensure collaboration and consistent messaging

• Support the design, development, delivery and management of work streams (e.g. training)

• Create actionable deliverables across various change management levers e.g. communications, sponsorship and leadership alignment, training, business readiness, etc.

• Drive project deployment by ensuring proper training & templates are available for deployment teams to use regionally, facilitating cross-regional best practice sharing and working cross-functionally with different stakeholders to drive awareness & get continuous feedback on the processes.

• Champion the program's brand and develop regional and local brand ambassadors and messaging

• Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of global events, including project kickoffs, workshops, and team-building activities throughout the pre-deployment, deployment and sustainment stages

Qualifications

• 8+ years related change management experience with capability supporting large scale digital transformations

• Strong understanding of technology implementations and technology organizations

• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle

• Strategic and tactical thinker with strong problem solving skills

• Solid organization and planning skills with the ability to multi-task across multiple work streams and timelines

• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work across time zones, cultures and regions

• Ability to mobilize teams with at times competing priorities

• Agility to manage dynamic requests, time requirements and multitasking

• Ability to integrate plant and regional strategic objectives and find a point of intersection with MDIxAI objectives

• Familiarity with Change Management tools like video editors, AI learning and design tools, analytics, etc.
