We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our company's daily operations and ensure smooth and efficient functioning. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing staff, implementing operational strategies, and optimizing processes to drive productivity and profitability.

Duties:

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement

- Collaborate with the General Manager and Mobile Supervisors to streamline operations and enhance overall performance

- Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations

- Oversee inventory management, including procurement, storage, and distribution

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

- Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement measures to reduce expenses

- Conduct regular audits to assess operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in operations

Requirements:

- Must be over the age of 19 to obtain a Nova Scotia Department of Justice - Program Services Security License

- Must not have any outstanding fines with the Province of Nova Scotia

- Must be able to communicate (Speak and Write) CLEARLY in English

- Must be fluent with Apple products ie MacBook (provided by the company)

- Must be proficient in the use of Apps on an iPhone (provided by the company) as we use a specialized App for Scheduling and Staff Communication

- Cannot have any form of Criminal Record of any kind to work for our company

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

- Proficient in using relevant software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
