We are currently seeking a Software Developer - Java / Agile to join our team in Halifax, Nova Scotia (CA-NS), Canada (CA).
Duties responsibilities:
- Experience building front end Application and consuming REST APIs
- Experience with testing tools like jUnit, Cucumber, and Selenium
- Passion for engineering excellence and continuous improvement
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and experiment with new technologies and patterns
Technical requirements:
- 5+ years' NodeJS ,Java and Spring Boot experience
- 3+ years' experience with JavaScript/TypeScript in an Angular or React environment, late version of typescript Angular 12+ preferred.
- Agile Processes (Scrum, Jira, sprint methodology)
- Typescript/Javascript
- Angular 14+and NodeJS
- NestJS, or other large scale Express experience
- Relational Database experience.
- Experience writing or working with Microservices
- Experience writing unit tests, integration/api tests, and e2e test
- Experience in documenting API endpoints including input parameters and responses, along with error cases
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a technology related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) required.
