Are you looking to apply these skills and learn new ones? We now have an opening in our Sales team, based in Hackett's Cove.

This role will:

· Manage the tender process, acting as a Project Manager, Co-ordinator, Strategist, Analyst and technical resource for the field sales force during the pre-sale process across businesses;

· Actively driving and managing the tender process from end to end ensuring accurate and timely responses, internal communication and record keeping throughout, including the technology evaluation stage of the sales process; completing tender documentation and maintaining records; organizing communications/meetings; working in conjunction with key stakeholders, as well as driving the internal co-ordination of response to tenders;

· Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs, complete compliance statements, following Nautel SOPs, best practice and seeking input and specialist advice where necessary;

· Responsible for presenting products to customers at times, participating via teleconference for tender reviews, and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc;

· Analyse market trends and competitors, propose strategies relating to tenders and process based on market analysis;

· Convey customer requirements to Product Management teams;

· Collaborates with Regional Sales Managers to implement contracts;

· Drive continuous improvement through the tender, and related, processes;

This role is responsible for managing confidential company information. May involve some travel throughout sales territories as required.

Qualifications

Qualifications and skills desired:

· Proven organisational or project management skills;

· Must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle;

· The holder of this role must be able to articulate technology, technology issues and product positioning to both business and technical users;

· Either Electronic Technician/Technologist qualification (NSCC or equivalent), Electrical or Computer Science degree would be an advantage;

· Previous experience in a technical role supporting sales would be an asset;

· Knowledge of RF;

· Strong problem solving skills, as well as strong proven communication skills;

· The ability to work effectively as part of a team; as well as independently.
