Clearwater Seafoods' Finance department requires Pricing Clerk based at their Bedford, Nova Scotia Corporate Office. This role is a full-time permanent position.

Purpose of Position:

This position is responsible for the accuracy of customer pricing and timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and employee expense claims.

Reporting Structure

  • This position reports to the Senior Manager, Accounts Receivable.

Job Duties:

  • Maintaining up-to-date customer pricing in ERP system.
  • Receive and approve requests for price block removals.
  • Point of contact for sales team to answer questions and collaboratively resolve pricing issues.
  • Accurate and efficient processing of vendor invoices and employee expense claims.
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and statements.
  • Work with the business and vendors to resolve invoice or purchase order discrepancies and issues.
  • Correspond to business partners and vendors on inquiries.
  • Related administrative duties and vendor inquiries.

Job Qualifications:

  • Business degree or diploma or 2 years equivalent work experience.
  • SAP user knowledge is an asset.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Location: Bedford, Nova Scotia with hybrid remote work schedule
