We have an immediate opening for dynamic, dedicated and highly motivated Inside Sales Representatives for our HRM Branches.

The Inside Sales Representative is an important part of our counter team, providing Kerr's customers with the highest level of service.

Intermediate computer knowledge is required in this role along with attention to detail (order entry), accurate processing of paperwork, safe and efficient work practices, timely customer follow-up, and passion for helping our customers succeed in their businesses. While HVAC product knowledge is not a requirement in the role, previous customer service and/or counter sales experience would be extremely valuable. The successful candidates must be willing to participate in both technical and professional training. Flexibility in assisting warehouse staff periodically, as well as a willingness to work (temporarily) from either of Kerr's HRM locations, would also be considered assets. An exceptionally positive attitude is a must!
