Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Alignment
- Understand the strategic needs of the company and talent requirements, and in conjunction with HR Director, align HR strategy to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with business units to ensure HR initiatives support overall goals
- Lead HR projects such as employer branding initiatives, benefits plan optimization and employee events to support the organization.
Talent Management
- Identify talent needs for different business units and develop recruitment strategies to drive recruitment efforts, focusing on strategic hires and cultivating a diverse workforce.
HR Expertise
- Lead and mentor HR team members, fostering professional growth and development.
- Interpret HR strategies, policies, guidelines and programs
- Provide expertise in areas such as compensation, benefits, performance management and employee relations
Consulting and Coaching
- Provide consulting and coaching to branch and department managers
- Support the business vision, mission and overall objectives
- Align our people management with business strategy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
- 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on business partnership.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office suite.
