We are looking for a Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time seasonal position in a busy and upbeat workplace in Fredericton. We are looking for a candidate that will be personable, math oriented and a good problem solver. The season typically runs from March to November.
- Assisting customers by creating sales orders, providing quotes and answering questions. Both in person and over the phone
- Achieving team performance goals in sales
- Assisting in shipping and receiving, order picking, and scheduling as needed.
- Identifying customers' needs, suggesting the right solutions/products, and ensuring each customer is taken care of.
- Any other tasks deemed appropriate to the position.
- Great communication skills in person and on the telephone.
- Someone with drive and ambition.
- Available to work occasional Saturdays during the summer season.
- Open to helping and working with your team members in the Warehouse and other Shaw Brick locations, as required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office and excel.
- Experience in a retail background or a Warehouse Customer Service background.
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Bilingualism will be considered an asset
