Sanitation SupervisorLocation: Highland Facility - Clearwater Seafoods LP

Clearwater Seafoods LP, one of North America's leading seafood companies, is committed to excellence in food safety and quality. At our Highland facility, we're looking for a dedicated and results-driven sanitation supervisor to lead our sanitation operations. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and regulatory compliance across our production environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and lead sanitation activities across all facility areas, ensuring efficiency and proper resource utilization.
  • Stay current with industry best practices in sanitation, chemical application, and waste management to support continuous improvement.
  • Train and supervise sanitation staff to ensure safe, effective, and consistent practices.
  • Participate in internal and external food safety audits, maintaining compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Analyze Micro and ATP swab test results; lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory and company requirements.
  • Monitor chemical usage and develop strategies to reduce waste and enhance effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and environmental regulations for waste handling and disposal.
  • Collaborate with chemical vendors to improve sanitation processes and performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in sanitation within a food production or related environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of sanitation procedures, chemical application, and food safety standards.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication abilities.
  • Able to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and solve problems in a collaborative setting.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
