The City of Saint John is actively seeking student labourers to join our team for the summer months beginning in May. We have openings in Parks, Public Works, Carpenter Shop, Parking, City Market, and Saint John Water.

If you are a team orientated, hardworking, reliable and motivated student, this is a great opportunity for you! Duties will vary based on the service area. The positions will have indoor and outdoor responsibilities including lawn mowing, gardening, sweeping, garbage pick-up, painting, cleaning, and more. Hours and shifts will differ by position.

To qualify, applicants must be a current full time student, returning to full time studies in the fall, the aptitude to learn, and the ability to develop in the municipal public service.
