Your Contribution

As an Intermediate Technologist, you will work in collaboration with the Mechanical Team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Apply and promote Englobe's health and safety rules
• Assist in developing, planning, organizing and carrying the design of various mechanical projects using AutoCAD and Revit
• Carry out and assist with field inspection and field data collection
• Assist in the preparation of reports, specifications, proposals and presentations
• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates
• Assist with site Investigations and studies
• Assist in the preparation of Building condition audits and asset management planning
• Assist with building energy modeling
• Adhere to project budgets and objectives
• Attend project meetings with Clients and other design team members
• Coordinate with other design disciplines
• Participate in internal and external project meetings

Your Profile

• College Diploma in either Mechanical or Buildings Systems
• Minimum 3 years' experience in mechanical design and drafting in AutoCAD & Revit
• Sound working knowledge of the Microsoft Office products
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, bilingual (French) would be an asset
• Willingness to learn and an aptitude for taking on new challenges
• Drive, self-sufficiency, resourcefulness
• Valid Driver's License
