Hallmark is a Halifax based dental lab serving dental clinics and their patients in Atlantic Canada. Our shipping and receiving team coordinates pick-ups and deliveries, works inbound cases into the technician's workflow and invoices completed cases in preparation for delivery to dental offices. Our hours are 8:00am-4:30pm.

Responsibilities
- Receiving physical inbound cases and creating work tickets.
- Receiving digital cases from communications portals
- Packing outbound cases
- Invoicing cases
- Communicating with Dental Offices
Requirements
Education: Highschool
Skills & Abilities: Excellent communication in English and customer service. Ability to learn and work quickly. Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking. Team player, client focus and positive attitude. Standing for prolonged periods.
No experience necessary. On-the-job training will be provided. Growth opportunities available.
