The Opportunity

We're a people-centered organization. From our plan members to our employees, we're always looking for ways to put people first. To help us achieve that goal, we're looking for a new member of our People & Culture team - a Human Resources Business Partner, Talent Management. Working closely with the Human Resources Business Partner, Compliance & Administration and reporting to the Director, People & Culture, you will support Provident10 by managing and establishing innovative human resources programs and fostering employee engagement.

Your key activities will include:

  • Being a key contributor to the implementation of Provident10's Strategic Plan as it relates to the delivery of our People and Culture Strategy;
  • Partnering with the leadership team to identify and develop talent, succession and workforce planning to enhance organizational effectiveness;
  • Partnering with the People and Culture team to enhance and evolve the full employee experience and design, develop, and implement programs and initiatives that support a culture of engagement, satisfaction and well being;
  • Executing on Provident10's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Strategy to support belonging;
  • Overseeing the evolving learning and development program, to support the enhancement of employee skills and career growth to align with Provident10's Succession Plan and meet strategic objectives; and
  • Supporting organizational change management efforts.

What you'll bring to the role

  • A bachelor's degree in business with a concentration in Human Resources, supplemented by a minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience.
  • A high standard of professionalism
  • Confidence in handling sensitive information both internally, as well as externally.
  • A CPHR designation and experience working in a unionized environment are strongly preferred.

Salary Range: $77,100 - $107,900
