PLATO has offices on or near Indigenous communities across Canada, in Fredericton, Miramichi, Sault Ste Marie, Regina, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, and Victoria.
We are seeking Contact Service Agents to join our growing team! This presents an excellent on-site opportunity across our multiple office locations for individuals interested in entry-level positions. We strongly encourage applicants from First Nations, Métis, and Inuit backgrounds to apply.
- Provide assistance to claimants with compassion and empathy
- Ensure high level of confidentiality and respect with claimants' privacy and data protection
- Must be available five (5) days per week, including provincial holidays
- Training in trauma-informed care and/or with cultural sensitivity is an asset
- Strong self-motivator and quick learner
- Strong Multi-tasker and organization skills
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of industry verticals
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Proficient with computer usage and data storage
- Bilingualism is an asset
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
