JOB SUMMARY:

To perform routine examinations in general radiography and computed tomography (CT scan). Assist radiologist during fluoroscopic examinations and other special or interventional procedure.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduation from an approved school of diagnostic medical radiation technology;
  • Registered with the Canadian and New Brunswick Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT, NBAMRT);
  • Recent experience in CT;
  • Current BLS certificate;
  • Adaptability;
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member;
  • Physical ability to perform assigned duties;
  • Good previous work history (performance and attendance);
  • Adherence to professional ethics principles, to the Network management philosophy and organizational values;
  • Compliance with the rules of confidentiality established by the Vitalité Health Network.

  1. Will be required to work at St. Joseph's Community Health Center when needed
