Reporting to the Executive Director, People & Culture, the Digital Transformation Specialist will help guide the P&C Division as we head into a multi-year ERP Implementation. Responsibilities and accountabilities will include preparing for, participating in, and supporting implementation of modules related to the People & Culture Division. This role will be responsible for driving quick digital transformations, identifying opportunities for automation, streamlining processes, and implementing innovative solutions that will support the success of the project.
- Learn in detail and assess current People & Culture processes and identify opportunities for "out of the box solutions", automation, and digitization by reviewing and understanding the People & Culture divisions current and future systems as part of the project
- Collaborate with the People & Culture division to document processes and clean up data in preparation for upcoming ERP project.
- Collaborate with People & Culture stakeholders to identify areas for "quick win" digital transformation that will support the team prior to, during and after the ERP implementation.
- Drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new solutions within the People & Culture division as well as with those who might interact with it prior, during and after the ERP implementation.
- Clean up and organize HR data to ensure accuracy and consistency in preparation for upcoming ERP project.
- Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures around HR data usage and processes.
- Provide training and support to People & Culture staff and managers on new digital tools, processes, and data management best practices prior to, during and after ERP implementation.
- Experience in digital transformation, preferably within an HR department or relevant and applicable education.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, technology, and data management
- Experience participating as a subject matter expert through a digital transformation project within a Human Resources function.
- Experience in data cleansing, data governance, and data management best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Microsoft O365 platforms including power automate and its integrative functions.
