The Marketing and Communications Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Marketing and Communications team with website management, social media management, and internal and external communications campaigns. The successful candidate will be supported by the Marketing and Communications Manager and will collaborate with Team Members from across BioScript Solutions.
How you will make an impact
- Create and manage content for BioScript Solutions' digital platforms – including internal and external websites and social media pages (Facebook and LinkedIn). This includes but is not limited to upkeep of the monthly content calendar, asset collection, graphic design, and writing compelling captions.
- Manage the internal BioScript Solutions weekly e-newsletter, including content collection and creation, copy editing, and CMS build.
- Support the Internal Communications Specialist with scripting and content creation for monthly BioScript Town Halls.
- Manage internal submission requests for marketing and communications support, ensuring all requests are assigned and completed in a timely manner.
- Support the Marketing and Communications team with day-to-day requests and long-term projects, including an intranet site redesign project.
- Measure, analyze, and report on analytics for internal and external websites, social media pages, and the internal e-newsletter.
- Collaborate with the People and Engagement and Talent Acquisition teams on internal and external engagement activities as needed.
What you'll bring to our team

- You have a post-secondary education (College Diploma, University Degree, or post-graduate certificate) in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism or a related field.
- You have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations.
- You have excellent writing, proofreading, editing and research skills.
- You understand the importance of creating a narrative that resonates with the reader and have experience producing content across a range of media, including social media, video, print and digital formats.
- You have experience creating graphics and content with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.
- You can work independently, meet deadlines, and coordinate a number of projects simultaneously in response to changing or conflicting priorities.
- You are proficient in WordPress, Office 365 apps and business use of social media platforms including Facebook and LinkedIn.
- You have high professional standards and a positive attitude.
- You are proven to perform well under pressure.
