Englobe is hiring Process Engineer(s) for our location in Fredericton NB, Moncton NB, Mount Pearl, Nfld., Saint John, NB or Dartmouth NS. In this role, you will design water and wastewater treatment facilities as well as advanced hydraulic systems for pumping stations for projects across Canada and beyond.

Your Contribution

  • Design wastewater and water treatment plants, vertical infrastructure, including pump stations and related works.
  • Prepare technical reports, specifications, and presentations.
  • Customer interface throughout execution of project.
  • Participate in team meetings for project execution.
  • Assist in business development, proposals, and client management.
  • May assist in technical review of work by others on the project team.
  • Identify & assist in the development of project risk mitigation strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for improvements in standard design procedures, templates, etc.
  • Drive to meet project Schedule and budget targets.
  • Meet project/customer requirements.
  • Margin attainment; customer satisfaction
  • Identify continuous improvement activities.

Your Profile

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in science and ability to be registered with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geologist of New Brunswick. Registrations in other Provinces may be required.
  • 10 years' experience in design of infrastructure requiring skills in advanced hydraulic design.
  • Identify and solve problems.
  • Candid and timely communication.
  • Take initiative;
  • Detail oriented;
  • Advanced understanding of MS Office (project, word, excel)
  • Forward thinking.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills oral and written in English.
  • Experience in the use of PLANT 3D design software an asset.
  • Works independently without direct supervision. At times working with teams of staff from offices across Canada.
  • Willing to travel periodically across Canada.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of process flow diagrams.
