Atlantic Lottery (AL) is seeking a Territory Manager located in Deer Lake/Corner Brook, NL region.
Retail is the heart of Atlantic Lottery, making up over 50% of our revenue. Servicing our 3,000 retailers is a critical and essential part of our success. If you're a target-driven, results orientated and friendly individual who values relationships, we want to hear from you!
As our Territory Manager, will be accountable for driving revenue growth and profit with existing and new retailers in an assigned territory. This includes developing and supporting all facets of the lottery category through distribution, promotions, incentives, merchandising, training and implementation of other special corporate initiatives, community events and retail programs.

Execute all retail promotions, product and event promotions, including required merchandising, POS placement and prize fulfillment and training.
Regularly monitor, analyze and measure retailer and territory performance using the tools and reports provided.
Build and implement an annual territory plan, based on trends and corporate expectations, ensuring integration and alignment with corporate sales and marketing plan, to deliver expected results against budget.
Regularly monitor and analyze territory promotional budget with a focus on maximizing return on investment.
Analyze and execute territory placement and removal for all Lottery assets including merchandising fixtures and lottery terminals, maximizing return on investment.
Incorporate and operationalize AL corporate social responsibility values, principles and practices into all relevant facets of your business unit and interactions.
Education and Experience:
- 5+ yrs. of professional experience in sales and or account management.
- Bachelor degree and/or diploma in Marketing, Sales or relevant discipline.
- Knowledge and understanding of player/consumer-based product, sales and business development.
- Reside within specified territory.
- A clean and valid driver's abstract.
- Ability to travel 90% of time within the established sales territory.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as required.
- Must be 19 years of age or older to apply.

- Ability to translate strategic direction into tactical operational plans ensuring that plans are well communicated and managed.

- Strong listening, communication, and collaboration skills.
- A desire to build exceptional client experiences, and is passionate and curious to help clients meet their needs and solve their concerns.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, prioritize and competently handle a variety of activities, customer-driven environment.
- Someone who's decisions are always made with the player in mind.
- Can adapt to change in a nimble & agile fashion.
