PLATO has offices on or near Indigenous communities across Canada, in Fredericton, Miramichi, Sault Ste Marie, Regina, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, and Victoria.
We are currently looking for Project Managers for our Regina, Fredericton, Calgary, and GTA-based customers. Responsibilities will include coordinating and completing projects on time, within budget, and scope. You will oversee all aspects of projects including managing deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing the progress of projects.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial reviews
- Coordinate resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Create and maintain required project documentation
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of five (5) years experience working in a project management or business analyst role
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, or in the process of obtaining is required
- Previous experience coaching and mentoring is preferred
- Excellent client-facing communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- PRINCE II certification, Scrum certification
