Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a business plan that maximizes sales and profitability of your product categoriesacross all Kent locations. This includes among others, budgeting, pricing strategies and merchandising strategies.
• Work with current category managers at Kent to assure lines and assortment match the ICS brand and strategy
• Analysis of product and category performance
• Sourcing new products and vendors (tradeshows, vendor visits, on-line presentations)
• Negotiate vendor agreements ICS & Buying Group
• Identify new lines and vendors to support ICS growth plan
• Forecast sales and purchases
• Provide ICS Sales Team support

The successful candidate will report into to a Group Merchandise Manager (GMM) with in the Purchasing Department.
