For over 30 years, Seville Property Group has provided well-maintained, quality apartments in the Greater Moncton area. We are currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician.

Duties include:

Maintaining the physical integrity of the buildings through general maintenance and upkeep of the assigned properties.

Cleaning and repairing items in vacant and occupied units (minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.).

Completing physically demanding work which includes the use of ladders, power tools and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.

Applying knowledge of building HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and life safety systems.

Expense management

Willingness to work flexible hours.

Willingness to be on an on-call rotation with other maintenance staff.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.

Good maintenance and cleaning skills.

General understanding of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

Knowledgeable with repair and general maintenance of HVAC systems.

Excellent communication and organizational skills required.

Ability to multi-task and remain detail oriented.

Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
