We are buzzing with excitement as we search for a wonderful Executive Assistant to join our golden team of professionals, artisans and Honey-Makers. The Executive Assistant will join our busy hive to assist in all aspects of office-life at Feed The Tummy Honey Pot Headquarters in Timbuktu.
With the addition of a positive, professional Executive Assistant, Fill The Tummy Honey Pots looks forward to improved productivity and sweet, sweet results.
Reporting to the Queen Bee and CEO, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for overall office management including, but not limited to:
- Scheduling meetings and preparing agendas, including travel
- Strong communication skills, written and oral
- Answering telephone and email inquiries
- Ordering office supplies, including bee nets, beehives, pens and Wet Ones
- Occasionally cleaning honey pots
- Making PB & Honey sandwiches, as required
Education:
College Degree in Administration
College Degree in Business Administration
College Degree in Office Management
Language: English, French
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent writing skills
- Computer Literacy
