  • You'll be part of a welcoming, enthusiastic team based in Montréal and Toronto.

  • You will design, debug, and operate applications running in a containerized environment
  • In coordination with other functional groups, business units, and vendors, you will provide engineering assistance for end-to-end problem resolution and root cause investigation.
  • You will represent messaging services with corporate security teams & rest of company

We are seeking:

  • A Jedi in object-oriented software and application development in Java || Python || C++
  • 5 years of software development experience (less is ok if you are a jedi master)
  • Significant experience in Agile Development, DevOps, and Test-Driven Design
  • A computer geek that knows the ecosystem with no emotional attachment to a specific techno
  • Someone who is very familiar with code management tools (GIT) and possibly automation/orchestration tool such as Ansible
  • Someone who can slice and dice a business/system problem into an easy modular and maintainable solution with the team
  • A team player who can define, establish and communicate their long-term vision, who is adaptable to uncertain and changing needs
  • A candidate with strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
    (A good sense of humour is a bonus!)

If you have one of these, it’s even better:

  • University degree in software/computer or engineering
  • Superior coaching skills with the ability to raise your team’s game through your teaching
  • Experience with container environment (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift or even Docker Swarm), because new stuff is fun!
  • Experience with serverless architectures
  • Experience in a Public Cloud. GCP, AWS, Azure, any will do
  • Ability to embrace change and adapt to shifting priorities (agile mindset)
  • Clean Code is your night table book


Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
