We are looking for a skilled, dedicated person to fill the position of Training Coordinator at our Moncton, NB location.

Will work with the HR Manager to facilitate corporate training program through:
- Management of technical, sales, and professional development training for company
- On-boarding of new hires, assigning them training materials related to their department and Health & Safety
- Work with department managers to identify future training needs
- Communicating with team members, trainers, and management to ensure all needs are met
- Assist department managers in the coordination of development activities for employees
- 1+ years in employee training and development, or relatable experience
- Excellent organization, communication, and prioritization skills
- Agricultural equipment knowledge considered an asset
- Expert knowledge of desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups
