We are looking for a Change Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting transformations and capital projects by developing and implementing change management strategies and plans. The Change Manager will work with client program and support units to plan and implement change management initiatives, preparing these groups for the successful implementation of change initiatives, and build capacity within the teams to sustain the change after the operationalization
As Change Manager you will:
  • Develop change management strategies as part of the project planning phase based on the results found during assessment
  • Develop and implement change management assessment and plans: impact assessment, gap analysis, stakeholder analysis, project ADKAR assessment, communications plan, etc.
  • Work closely with Project Managers to integrate change management activities and deliverables in the projects
  • Work closely with the Project Sponsor and Project Lead(s) to identify and form their coalition of sponsors and prepare and coach them for their role in the project.
  • Lead change management workshops for CRC management to prepare for change.
  • Providing change management status reports throughout a project.
  • Monitor Change evolution and stakeholder engagement levels via pulse surveys, and preliminary, mid and end of project assessments.
  • Produce documentation, training materials, and conduct training sessions.
  • Collect feedback from the staff to anticipate resistance.
  • Audit compliance with the new way of doing things, identifying gaps, and proposing corrective measures to reinforce the change.

What we are looking for:
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Change Management, Education, or related field with a minimum of 4 years direct professional business experience in organizational change management.
  • A certification in Change Management is an asset
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing change management plans throughout the project life cycle.
  • Demonstrated experience leading senior Subject Matter Experts and front-line staff through the deployment phase of an implementation project from a Change Management perspective.
  • Proficient in English, writing and spoken, knowledge of French is an asset
  • Knowledge of Change Management Methodologies, specifically Prosci
  • Knowledge or previous experience with Jira or Smartsheet is an asset
  • Solid interpersonal skills with the proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Creative with demonstrated ability of problem-solving and thinking outside the box
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous and evolving situations

Working conditions:
  • This is a full-time, 24-month long position, potentially renewable
  • This is a fully remote position with very occasional travel
  • The incumbent of this position will be offered four-weeks of paid holidays as well as access to medical insurances
