Position Description:

Canada is a diverse country with a growing multicultural population that is projected to continue to grow into the future and is expected to welcome over 400,000 new permanent residents in each of the next 3 years. Bell Consumer & SMB is looking to cater to both newcomers to Canada, International students and multicultural communities, and is developing a new & customized approach to ensure that customers can be served in the way they want to be served.

As our Specialist, Multicultural Marketing Partnerships and Programs, you will be responsible for managing the external partnerships and execution of multicultural programs end to end to create awareness amongst multicultural communities and support growth in the multicultural segment. This includes working with organisations that partner with newcomers, and multicultural populations, new customer prospects and out of the box channels to establish connections. Your unique insights & knowledge about these segments will be critical to driving success of this portfolio.

The attributes we are looking for:

  • Collaborate closely across the sales organization including channels, execution, marketing and marketing communications teams to ensure effective execution of channel marketing strategy
  • Analyze data, market trends and customer behaviour to effectively identify multicultural sales channels and share insights to support sales and operations groups
  • Optimize plans based on key performance metrics and communicate out results to key stakeholders
  • A subject matter expert of multicultural segments, communities, channels that influence their shopping behaviour and understands the nuances
  • Strong presentation builder and capacity to present at executive level
  • Possess very strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience driving partnerships in segmentation and targeting in a data-driven environment
  • Project management of various projects acting as quarterback with cross functional teams
  • Financial analysis on trends, results and assumptions and business case ownership
  • Knowledge in South Asian and/or Chinese languages an asset
  • Possess previous wireless and telecommunication experience an asset
