The successful candidate assists the manager and assistant manager of Environmental Services in administrative and human resources management within their region. They perform their duties and provide leadership to help implement local projects focused on continuous improvement of care and services, including safe delivery that meets the needs of various clienteles, effective use of resources and improvement of care quality. The successful candidate ensures the compliance of Environmental Services with laws, accreditation standards and Vitalité Health Network's standards and policies.   • High school graduation or G.E.D.;
  • Two years of previous experience;
  • Demonstrated supervisory ability;
  • Proven leadership, problem-solving, teamwork and change management skills;
  • Proven skills in managing human, physical, material and financial resources;
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Good judgment and initiative;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Physical ability to perform the assigned work;
  • Good work history (performance and attendance);
  • Adherence to professional ethical principles, the Network's management philosophy, and organizational values;
  • Compliance with the rules of confidentiality set by Vitalité Health Network.

Written and spoken competence in French and spoken competence in English are required.
