Bell Technical Solutions is looking for a candidate who will deliver an exceptional recruitment experience, manage retention programs, provide various trends analysis and demonstrate solid project management skills.

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute effective employee retention strategies to enhance BTS' engagement culture and reduce attrition at the corporate level.
  • Manage attrition, retention, corporate recruitment and other HR analytics as well as prepare statistical reporting analysis to ensure effective service delivery to the business, best practices and areas of improvement that will strengthen our success and optimize our approach.
  • Assist in the effective management of BTS' integration program for new and existing employees by managing stay and exit interview calls, ensuring the accuracy of the information and reporting monthly trends.
  • Create innovative recruitment strategies that attract and retain top talent, while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Apply marketing best practices to attract quality candidates, increase overall attraction and build talent pipelines for BTS' critical markets.
  • Deliver quantitative and qualitative data analysis and customer service to various departmental stakeholders and senior management on a weekly and monthly basis, as well as annual reports.
  • Lead, coach and develop the Talent Acquisition and Retention team to improve capability, encourage best practice and demonstrate a passion for creating a culture defined by service excellence.

COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

Must-have

  • 3 years' relevant experience in a similar position.
  • Bilingual (French and English).
  • High degree of proficiency in all MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint and Word);
  • Proven project management and leadership skills, success in supporting organization-wide initiative implementations, and change management. leadership skills focused on results and teamwork, with a client service orientation skills.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to exercise sound independent judgment.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform data mining, reporting and analysis with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage several projects simultaneously.

Nice-to-have

  • Post-secondary education with concentration in human resources management or related discipline.
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • CHRP Certification
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors preferred)
  • Previous experience managing direct reports is an asset

Working conditions

  • Location : Boucherville QC or Mississauga ON
  • Flexibility to work at Home and In Office
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • Travel within Ontario and Québec could be required
  • Access to personal vehicle is required
