Your Contribution
Englobe is currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join the Materials team at its Kitchener office. Reporting to the Team Leaders, you will provide project support. More specifically, you will
  • Provide support in planning, scheduling, executing and reviewing testing activities
  • Respond to telephone, email and in-person inquiries from clients and business partners;
  • Perform general administrative and record keeping functions including the review and distribution of documentation, preparation of correspondence and meeting minutes;
  • Review project invoices and follow up on overdue payments;
  • Assist during the preparation of reports, letters and memorandums;
  • Preparation of proposals and unit rate letters;
  • Review and approval of materials test reports;

Your Profile
  • Post secondary education related to civil engineering and/or civil engineering technology
  • Previous experience in an engineering environment an asset
  • Superior document management experience;
  • Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent English language skills, oral and written;
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
  • Valid driver's license

Qualifications:
  • Post secondary education related to civil engineering and/or civil engineering technology
  • Previous experience in an engineering environment an asset
  • Superior document management experience;
