Reporting to the Director of IT Operations, the Security Analyst - Identity and Access Management will be involved in the planning, implementation, administration, support, and documentation of our Identity and Access Management platforms.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned)
  • Identity and implement appropriate IAM architectures and controls.
  • Work with business, application and technical stakeholders on the identification and implementation of IAM best practices.
  • Develop and maintain Role Based Access Control (RBAC) across multiple companies and departments.
  • Investigate and maintain documentation of security breaches and other cyber security incidents.
  • Own and modify appropriate system configuration settings; establish best practices and maintenance standards for assigned systems.
  • Assist with and perform internal IT Security Audits.
  • Research security enhancements and make recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Function as a subject matter expert for architecture, performance tuning, capacity planning, and design of new and upcoming technologies.
  • Identify and investigation of hardware and software issues, performing root cause analysis, and implement an action plan for the resolution and dissemination of conclusions.
  • Develop and upkeep of documentation for all responsible environments. Perform official change control as necessary.
  • Acts as subject-matter expert (SME) and provide after-hour support and on-call support as required.

Qualifications
  • Experience with Identity and Access Management technologies and architecture.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and 365 Platforms.
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory administration.
  • Strong customer service and oral/written communication skills required.
  • Ability to work independently and produce results, given general priorities, required.
  • Demonstrated self-starter, able to prioritize tasks and stay organized.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex systems issues, strongly preferred.
  • Must be comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.
