Bonshaw Media is actively seeking Business Development Associates to join our growing sales team. Candidates should not only understand the dynamics of digital marketing, but also be excited by the opportunity of developing a diverse client portfolio. This position will work closely with our team of sales executives and digital media experts to identify and pursue future clients to grow BNI's portfolio of digital business. Ensuring that all client accounts receive not only the best possible results, but also a marketing partner that helps them effectively communicate the stories of their brand.

Responsibilities

As a key member of the BNI team, here is what we will be relying on you for:

  • Prospecting and conducting research on potential clients
  • Being the first point of contact with new business leads and potential clients
  • Ensuring BNI's brand and digital product offerings are on the cutting edge
  • Developing digital marketing solutions, including campaign strategy
  • Thought leadership on digital marketing trends and all things brand
  • Ability to align your client's business objectives with the ultimate in digital marketing solutions at a moments notice
Qualifications

For this role, here are the skills that will help you succeed:

  • Previous inside sales experience preferred
  • Spoken and written proficiency in French & English
  • Understanding of digital marketing solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and details, while hitting sales targets
  • Ability to develop and maintain strategic working relationships with both internal team members and clients
  • Ability to make decisions
  • Ability to continuously learn and apply new skills and knowledge
  • Previous experience with Salesforce is an asset
