The Role:
As a result of continued robust growth, we are seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead - ERP to join our ERP implementation team in Saint John, NB in the process and technology modernization / transformation for one of our key companies. Reporting to the ERP Program Director you will operate across functional business streams driving the design and delivery of business process reengineering and control measures including facilitation of process improvement sessions, functional testing for a quality solution, and ensuring end user readiness in a complex, large program. The PI Analyst will be an agent of change driving awareness and adoption of the new solution and best practices.
The ideal candidate will be required to:
  • Align technology with business strategies
  • Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats
  • Lead and facilitate requirement gathering sessions including reporting, data and integration and translating them into test cases and test plans
  • Recommend process efficiencies and strategies for improvement
  • Design, develop and execute processes with process owners and project team members throughout all phases of planning, implementation and control
  • Prepare multi-level process documentation in accordance with specified documentation standards including exception process flows
  • Work with Change Manager to develop detailed training plan to train employees on new processes, often in the field, and track readiness

To be effective in this role you should be prepared to work in a fast-paced, agile project environment and have a strong desire to implement change through successful implementation of an end-to-end business solution. You will demonstrate problem solving with many stakeholder groups and have the agility to work with cross functional business streams.
We are targeting candidates with a minimum of 3 years of process analysis experience and knowledge of Six Sigma methodology but a combination of education, experience, previous project work will be considered. Lean and/or Six Sigma Green belt or Black belt certification or CBPAP are an asset.
