The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure is seeking an individual to join the Financial and Administrative Services Branch as an Administrative Services Level 3 working in Fredericton.

As a member of the Branch, the successful candidate will be the primary support for the front reception for breaks, lunches, vacation, sick leave, etc. Other responsibilities may include telecom support for branches and districts; TOSA maintenance, Spending Authority, I-Expense, Info Source; boot and other employee re-imbursements; P-Cards, AMEX; and various other administrative duties.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from high school or GED, supplemented by a minimum of a one (1) year post-secondary diploma in a related field and a minimum of three (3) years' related experience OR graduation from high school or GED and a minimum of four (4) years' related experience. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.

Written and spoken competence in English and French is required. Please state your language capability.

ASSET QUALIFICATION: Preference may be given to candidates that demonstrate experience working with Microsoft office software such as Excel, Word, Outlook; Oracle-based software such as OFIS; and Oracle Financials such as I-Expense and IPM. Subject to the response to this competition, candidates may be required to demonstrate on their application the asset qualification in addition to the essential qualifications in order to be given further consideration.

BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES: The successful candidate will possess the following behavioural competencies: Client Service Orientation, Concern for Order, Effective Interactive Communication, Flexibility, Results Orientation and Self-Control/Stamina.

SALARY: $1,472.00 to $1,785.00 bi-weekly
