  • Strictly adhering to protocols set by our governments, public health authorities, and medical professionals
  • Providing hand sanitizing stations, disinfectant wipes, masks and gloves for employee use
  • Enhanced cleaning procedures by our dedicated cleaning team
  • Implementing pre-screening questions for customers prior to booking appointments


  • Proven success in a customer focused work environment
  • Well developed and adaptive communication skills
  • Attention to detail - works efficiently while capturing accurate data
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities throughout the work day


  • Customer contact (both receiving and initiating) to schedule service appointments
  • Responding to email requests and questions
  • Conduct Customer Satisfaction surveys
  • Other service support duties as assigned
