We have an opening for the right type of positive and energetic individual who wants to contribute to our success as a Customer Engagement Specialist at our national Home Office in Moncton, NB. We'll provide you with all the necessary training. There are a lot of moving parts so you truly have to be a change agent.
Please be warned - there's nothing easy about building a world-class brand like ours. Our Customer Engagement Specialists are responsible for everything related to supporting our existing customers and are excited to make contact with qualified leads to expand our client base. If you are NOT looking for a growing contact center position or are NOT genuinely dependable, flexible, and willing to take initiative. Please do not apply for this position.

Previous experience in cold calling in an outbound customer contact environment and bilingualism will be considered assets.

- You have a multitude of practical experience with technology and in customer service.

- You are totally flexible on the hours/days that you'll work. We have customers all across Canada.
- You are energetic. That's important because our customers deserve the best.
- You don't take yourself too seriously. Because the rest of us sure won't.
