National Recovery Corp is looking for an highly experienced Commercial Collection Agent to join their active third party Collections Team. This is a huge opportunity for someone who is driven and goal orientated as National Recovery Corp rewards performance with a commission package above and beyond base salary. There is no cap or limit to what you can earn at National Recovery Corp.
This is a remote, work from home opportunity for the right individual!
As a part of our Collections Team, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, duties such as:
Performing as an extension of our clients' A/R departments.
Deal with Inbound calls from account holders and assisting them with resolving their delinquent account.
Perform a minimum amount of outbound calls, contacting account holders and following all company process and protocol to resolve their delinquent account.
Pre-trace and skip trace accounts to maximize your daily contacts.
Negotiate appropriate and approved settlements.
Meet and Exceed monthly performance objectives
Requirements
The Right Candidate will possess the following:
A positive attitude
A minimum of 5 years commercial collections experience
A strong focus on the task at hand
A strong understanding of human nature and motivation

An analytic, creative and hard working career orientated outlook
A natural aptitude for people, staff and clients
A willingness to learn
A strong aptitude for the English language - both written and spoken
Expertise in Microsoft Office related applications
