Job Description

Position: Registered Practical Nurse

• Administer medication, wound care, vital assessment, liaising with physicians
• Deliver thorough nursing care in adherence to the care plan, nursing assessments and client needs
• Assist clients in all daily activities such as but not limited to personal hygiene, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, and personal care

Effective Date: Immediately!

We are seeking RPNs to provide 1 to 1 care in the Client's Home. We are seeking RPNs with availability and flexibility to work weekdays and weekends

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be licensed and in good standing with College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
• Community home care experience is preferred
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills are required
• RPNs with Dementia Care Education and Experience are preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Salary: $30.00 per hour
