We specialize in delivering creative solutions that resonate with target audiences across various industries. We are seeking a talented and experienced Account Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring the successful execution of creative projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

This position requires working out of our Ottawa, ON office 3 days/week (Monday-Wednesday anchor days).

Here's what you'll do:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives, requirements, and expectations, and translate them into actionable project plans.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, design, and development, to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards.
  • Communicate project updates, milestones, and potential risks to clients and internal stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization to streamline project workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate regular reports to evaluate project performance and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to gather feedback, identify lessons learned, and implement improvements for future projects.

As our next Account Manager, you will bring:

  • Diploma, in marketing, advertising, communications or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in creative agency account management and project management within a creative agency or similar environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously, from initiation to completion.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem solver with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in project management software (e.g., Basecamp, Wrike) and Microsoft Office suite.
