Join our forward-thinking IT team as we embark on major SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects over the next 3 to 7 years. We are seeking an SAP Solutions Architect with expertise in Manufacturing and Quality Management to lead the design, implementation, and support of our SAP solutions. This role is crucial in optimizing our manufacturing processes and ensuring the highest quality in our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement technical and functional standards that meet business requirements and best practices.
  
• Lead the transformation of business requirements into detailed program specifications and comprehensive system documentation.
  
• Configure and implement critical SAP modules, including S/4 HANA Manufacturing (Quality Management and PPDS) and S/4 HANA Supply Chain.
  
• Manage all phases of testing, from unit to integration tests, ensuring compliance with specifications.
  
• Provide ongoing application support, manage change requests, resolve tickets, and conduct user training.
  
• Oversee third-party vendors and maintain a repository of business processes and testing scripts related to manufacturing and quality management.
  
• Advise management on strategic planning and roadmap development within the SAP landscape.
  

Skills and Work Experience:

Basic Qualifications:

• A minimum of 6 years of experience, including at least two full lifecycle implementations in SAP S/4 HANA Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and related modules.
  
• Strong capability in configuring and customizing SAP S/4 HANA Manufacturing and Supply Chain environments.
  
• Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes including production planning, co-manufacturing, quality management, and logistics.
  
• Expertise in integrating Manufacturing and Quality Management processes with other SAP modules such as IBP, FI/CO, SD, and MM.
  

• Over 8 years of specialized experience in SAP S/4 HANA Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
  
• Foundational ABAP programming skills and familiarity with SAP BI tools.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
  
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
• Experience in the consumer goods industry and SAP certifications are highly desirable.
  
• This position requires up to 50% travel, primarily between the US and Canada, depending on project needs.
