We are looking for a POD Administrator at our Sherwood Park Terminal. This position works Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM.

  • Process loads to coincide with driver and lease operator pay
  • Check trip reports and Billing documents
  • Forward paperwork to Head Office on a daily basis
  • Answer and assist with overflow calls
  • Monthly unit manual audits
  • Perform general office duties such as photocopying, filing, ordering and restocking of general office supplies, including trip reports, photocopy paper, log books, etc.
  • Update MSDS binders as directed through the Safety Department
  • Perform assigned tasks in accordance with quality and production standards required by Caron Transport and the industry as a whole
  • Contact customer for approval of additional charges
  • Assist in the completion of the dispatch order taking process
  • Participate in all safety related programs and education
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by

Our ideal candidate:

  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Administrative Diploma or Certificate
  • Proficient with Microsoft office suite of products
  • Polite and professional attitude
  • High regard for safety
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic
