Reporting to the Tool Room Supervisor and Resource Manager, the Warehouse Specialist, is responsible for maintaining, preparing and delivering tools to our job sites!

The Resource and Tool Room team at Roberts Onsite:

The Resource and Tool Room team manages our fully equipped on-site warehouse that has the small and large tools, materials, and equipment our tradespeople use. The Tool Room Lead Hand will take an active role in ensuring that our construction crews have the equipment and tools they need to complete their work.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Prepare tool and consumable orders for pick-up or delivery;
• Receive and return in-coming tools and equipment;
• Inspect, test and maintain small tools;
• Deliver tools and consumables to job sites if required;
• Mandatory participation in on-call rotation;
• Act with the best interest of Roberts Onsite at all times;
• Other stockroom duties as required.

Required Skills and Personal Attributes:

• Valid full G license with clean driving record;
• Basic tool knowledge (or a willingness to learn);
• Good communication and problem solving skills;
• Strong work ethic;
• Basic computer knowledge;
• Attention to detail;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks;
• Ability to work on your feet for a majority of the day;
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs;
• Ability to work within a team and promote mutual respect for co-workers.
  

Compensation:

• Pay Rate: Depends on experience and education
• Hours: 44 hours per week, Monday to Friday, overtime available
• Group benefits eligibility
