Job Duties:

• Stand streetlights
• Troubleshoot streetlights and cable faults
• Be part of our on-call rotation
• Troubleshoot and install Traffic Signals
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematic diagrams
• Install and maintain power distributions
• Understand Highway safety regulations
• Experience pouring concrete is an asset
• Read and interpret survey and grade stakes
• Class 3 Q endorsement license is an asset

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Registered apprentice Electrician
• Ability to prioritize activities, working independently or with a team
• Great communication skills
• Interested in learning Street Lighting & traffic signals
• Aerial work platform or bucket truck training would be a huge asset
• Class 3 Q endorsement license is an asset
