Morison Insurance is currently seeking a Commercial Lines CSR to join our team of insurance professionals! Please note this role is 100% onsite, based out of our Tillsonburg office.

Position Responsibilities

We are looking for a team player who can manage the following responsibilities:

• Working closely and supporting Account Managers
• Processing Certificates of Insurance
• Processing and invoicing endorsements, new business, cancellations, and renewals
• Maintaining an accurate and up to date abeyance system.
• Manage Renewal Lists for Account Managers
• Order driver reports
• Setting up Epic accounts
• Ongoing commitment to expand your insurance industry knowledge

Skills & Requirements For You To Succeed

• RIBO license required (or willing to obtain)
• Prior Commercial Lines experience would be an asset
• Strong organizational and time management skills are imperative in this role
• Ability to meet deadlines and targets consistently
• A positive and keen attitude to meet customer needs
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
• Experience with Epic would be an asset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Effective communication skills
