This position offers valuable hands-on experience in the field of accounting and finance, ideal for students pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance.

Responsibilities:

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Process invoices, expense reports, reimbursements and bank deposits
Reconcile credit card transactions
Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects
Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements:
A degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) is required.
Previous internship or part-time experience in accounting or finance is preferred
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fast learner with a proactive attitude towards learning new concepts
Prior experience in accounting or finance is a plus, but not required
